Astrology Shop, London

This little shop situated at the top of Neal Street, a three minuet walk from Covent Garden in London. Has a great range of products from books, crystals and tarot cards.
For the amount of stock that the shop carries the place could do with a few more sq feet.
The shop has been divided in two by its own location of the till point, which I would say takes up 1/3 of the shop.
As you walk into the shop you first are greeted the book section on the right and the till on your left. The books go from floor to ceiling of the low ceilinged shop. All laid out by categories and labelled.
You go throw a small bottle neck walk way between the till point and the wall and shelf’s. At the back you find, tarot cards, crystals, and a glass cabinet with jewellery and now expensive items. This area is quite small, so any more them six people shopping here makes it a little un-comfortable as well as watching your feet on the odd tray of crystals.

With low level lighting, which works well for this shop. When I have been in they have had some music playing quietly which if the shop is empty it is quite soothing, if it is busy you don’t really notice it.
The staff are always polite and helpful and are knowledgeable, if they don’t know something they are quick to look it up for you.

All the products are will organised and presented, making it a pleasure to shop there. When ever I have been in there I have always  ending up buying something. Which means they doing things right.

The only thing that lets is the area behind the till.
a lot of shops in this area do not have a lot of space out back for use as a stock room, staff area, and office. So having all the office filling and desk in the shop is understandable. But here it does seam to be a little more of a mess, with piles of papers piled on to of what I think might have been a photocopier and a desk, a shelf with a sign advertising star chart and tarot card readings. It may be an organised filling system but to a random customer it dose look like a mess.
Some filling cabinets and shelf’s with box files might be needed (and possible a black bag).
